Returns Policy

Defective on Arrival (DOA):

  • Defective products may be returned to Retailer Warehouse within 45 days of delivery. 
  • Products found to have a manufacturer defect will be replaced with the same or equivalent model.
  • Force Majeure: Damage from lightning, flood, fire, electrical, water and other "acts of god" are not considered defects.   
  • Shipping charges are not refunded.
  • We do not pay for you to ship the product back to us, however we do pay for shipping a replacement product to you (UPS Ground only).
  • If your product fails after 45 days of delivery, please contact the manufacturer directly. Most products include a 1 year or longer manufacturer warranty.

 New In Box Returns:

  • Products where the manufacturer packaging is unopened can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • New in box product returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • Refunds are generally issued within 3 - 4 weeks.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded.

 Exchange Returns:

  • Products can be returned within 15 days of delivery.  A Retailer Warehouse agent will inspect the product and packaging to ensure it's condition is excellent.  Should the condition be anything less than excellent, then the agent will not issue a refund.
  • Exchanged product must be returned for same or greater equivalent value.
  • New in box product returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • Refunds are generally issued within 3 - 4 weeks.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded.

Non-Returnable Products:

Under these circumstances products are not returnable to Retailer Warehouse: 

  • Products that have been removed from the manufacturer packaging.
  • Software products, licenses and license keys. All software sales are final. Most of our software products include a free version to test the software before purchasing. This trial software is to be used to evaluate the performance and features of the software product.
  • Force Majeure: Products damaged from lightning, flood, fire, electrical, water and other "acts of god" are not returnable.
  • Special order items ordered over the phone. The sales representative will inform the customer if it is a special order item.
  • Products that are not returned within 45 days of delivery.

Shipping:

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
 

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
